ST. HELENA ISLAND, SC, June 04, 2026 — The Culture Keepers Circle (TCKC) co-hosted the Gullah/Geechee Land and Legacy Legal Forum. As Head of TCKC and Founder of Cultural Sustainability Law, Prince facilitated discussions alongside Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation, on "Protection vs. Preservation." Hosted at the Lowcountry Outreach Center, the forum was an interactive dialogue with attorneys from the South Carolina Environmental Law Project, Lowcountry Legal Volunteers and the Center for Constitutional Rights.
The Culture Keepers Circle Lobbies for National Parks on Capitol Hill
WASHINGTON, D.C., May 19, 2026 — The Culture Keepers Circle (TCKC) joined a number of other National Parks and Environmental interest groups in educating members of Congress about the dangers of continued under-funding and proposed de-funding of our national park system. TCKC co-hosted sessions with Congresspersons providing critical data and analysis on the detrimental effects of this administration’s actions on constituent communities and their cultural resources.

WASHINGTON, D.C., November 18, 2025 — The Culture Keepers Circle (TCKC) hosted a field trip to the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian, where Prince, Head of TCKC, led guests on a tour of the museum. The event highlighted the importance of protecting and centering Indigenous narratives of history and culture.
