Culture Keepers Field Trip to Smithsonian Museum of American History (NMAH)

WASHINGTON, D.C., September 09, 2025 — The Culture Keepers Circle (TCKC) hosted a field trip to the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History to confront censorship within federal archiving institutions. Prince, Head of TCKC, highlighted altered and removed exhibits that threaten to erase vital cultural communities from the American narrative. These field studies actively track shifting historical documentation under the current administration, driving immediate urgency and accountability among participating policy, history, and cultural stewards.
